Organize and distribute thousands of templates and documents

And updating the entire Library when legal information changes, only takes a few seconds.
Asset libraryThe empower® Library is integrated with Microsoft Office and provides direct access to all assets including slides, presentations, documents, spreadsheets, templates, images, icons, charts, tables, clauses, SmartArt graphics, and videos. With just a few clicks, users can add content from the library directly within MS Office.
Google-like searchempower® includes a Google-like Search that covers all library content including notes, metadata, and linked Excel tables and charts. A machine learning algorithm ensures that the best search results appear up top, based on an analysis of the prominence, frequency, and position of the search term as well as each asset’s popularity.
Slide Updatesempower® notifies users when they open a library asset that has been updated since it was last used. When library content has been updated,empower® allows you to update slides in multiple presentations in a single operation. empower® ensures that all legal information in your document or email will always be up-to-date.
Rights Managementempower® connects to Active Directory, Azure AD, and OKTA. Within empower®, you can assign rights to folders for individual users or entire groups. Four roles are available at the folder level: Reader, Author, Editor, and Administrator. An additional role, Corporate Design Admin, can manage all central settings such as corporate design rules.
Offline Availabilityempower® synchronizes either the entire library or selected folders from the central database to everyone’s computer. People can quickly create and edit presentations and documents wherever they are – even when they’re on a plane or working somewhere with limited or no online connection. empower® always runs fast and smooth thanks to its cached offline functionality.
Translationsempower® allows you to manage document assets in multiple languages. With the Slide Linking feature, whenever you update a presentation in one language, all translated versions of updated slides are also marked as changed. A localization agency or colleagues can then easily identify which slides require translation updates.

Convert from Old to NewEasily convert any outdated presentation to your new template. Regardless of whether the old presentation used a 4:3 slide size and the new master uses 16:9, empower applies all new layouts intelligently and removes unwanted old layouts in the slide master.
Font and Color PickerThe Font and Color Pickers provide only corporate design compliant options so users will not have an opportunity to select unsupported fonts and colors when creating presentations with empower®. The Color Pickers can be customized for text, object fill, and line colors and multiple brand designs can be defined.
Master & Presentation SettingsFor each presentation, the user can conveniently set a level and add watermarks, draft stamps, and footnotes as needed. The empower® Logo Switcher allows you to pick from a list of logos. And the Anonymous Mode hides all logos in the presentation allowing you to work on confidential projects on the road.
