Bayer has been using think-cell for many years. Costs were rising steadily until more than 6,000 users were using think-cell. Bayer wanted a solution that ensured both brand consistency and efficiency and was available to all employees - at no additional cost.
Process
Bayer invited many think-cell users to test the empower® alternative as part of a proof of concept. In this way, users were able to see for themselves that all the important functions were available, and that the automatic conversion of think-cell diagrams worked. Apart from a few users, more than 95% of all users were convinced by empower® and made the switch.

Bayer was able to save considerable in licensing costs. Today, empower® is a very popular software within the company.
Challenge
DHL used think-cell with 2,000 users. In addition to the high license costs, the annual expenses in license management had a major impact.
Process
DHL has tested empower® extensively and they came to the conclusion that users can perform their daily work very well with empower®. The change was carried out directly without a transition period. As part of a company license, all 24,000 DHL employees were equipped with empower®.

Challenge
BROSE used think-cell with over 1,000 users. Although all 1,000 licenses were actually needed, the number of licenses had to be reduced for cost reasons. Many users had to switch back by using the natural PowerPoint functions when creating diagrams.

After an extensive test, BROSE equipped its 16,000 employees with empower®. Thanks to attractive conditions as part of an enterprise license, it was ensured that costs are compatible and will not get out of hand in the future.
