Typical solutions comprise tailor-made KPI dashboards in Excel, Corporate Design compliant templates in PowerPoint and Word as well as lean CRM solutions in Outlook. We also develop comprehensive toolbars for all Microsoft Office applications. This enables compliance with corporate design across all applications while also increasing productivity by adding additional functionality. In most cases we use our standard products empower® and documenter, and we enhance them with smaller add-ins as required.
It’s often possible to automate the generation of standard documents. These screenshots show an example: automated generation of Word and PowerPoint reports. Also, diagrams, tables, and text can be automatically generated and updated.
Word and PowerPoint templates can be enhanced with new functions. The color scheme of a presentation, for example, can be altered at the click of a button, including the colors of title texts, bullet points, etc. Letterhead in Word documents can be exposed or hidden, and author information can be automatically added.
