The company uses PowerPoint for customer presentations. Several hundred authors edit over 100,000 slides, which are then used by more than 30,000 users. The challenge was to make it easier for the sales team to create customer presentations and make the process more efficient and effective. How to provide slides across the entire company and ensure compliance with the corporate design?

The answer is empower®. The tool was introduced in various divisions to optimize presentation creation and management in sales. After a short product training, the employees were able to work efficiently with the tool. A long familiarization phase was not necessary. Slides, templates and presentations are made available in a central library and the design guidelines were translated directly into PowerPoint. 
This saves the numerous authors a lot of time when searching for the right templates and creating presentations. It also ensures that corporate design guidelines are always adhered to.
