One of the leading companies in the chemical industry is setting another milestone in its long history. A comprehensive brand relaunch, including a new corporate design, paves the way for the future of a company that employs several thousand people in hundreds of locations worldwide. By increasing its visibility in the marketplace, the company intends to use its new brand identity to tap into growth areas and further strengthen its position in innovation support, value-added services, application expertise, and sustainable products and solutions.

A giant leap: Embracing a new brand identity

The company strives for consistent communication within and outside of the organization. However, due to numerous acquisitions, the company was decentralized. Each region had its own systems and infrastructure, making it difficult to find and use appropriate brand assets and present a consistent corporate image.

With Frontify, the company was able to replace its static portal with a central digital asset management system to store and organize all its brand materials. The Frontify DAM allowed the team to create a brand platform that’s become the single source of truth for everything related to its brand from brand guidelines to templates for creating visual assets. Thanks to metadata, employees can now search and find assets easily. This not only ensures that files and visual materials are brand-compliant and approved for use but can also be matched to region, language, or market.

Today, Frontify’s DAM is a trusted resource for the companies’ employees. It’s a reliable and trustworthy source for finding appropriate images for their work. In a chemical field, safety is a top priority. Images must reflect this. For example, people in a chemical environment may only be shown wearing protective goggles. Employees in the company may not always be aware of this. 

Now, people no longer need to search in different programs, on their computers, or turn to Google to find relevant images. This helps reduce wasted time and inefficiencies, and eliminates copyright issues that can come from using images found on Google.

If an image needs to be added to a slide, the integration allows direct access to the Frontify image library, and an image can be inserted with a single click, without having to leave PowerPoint.
